Office hours and payment

My hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You are responsible for the fee at the time of your visit. The SimplePractice Client Portal allows you to store credit-card information securely and use automatic payment.

If you use insurance, our office will bill your insurer. Reimbursement ultimately depends on your plan and insurance provider. Any required authorization from a primary-care provider or managed-care company must be completed before your first visit.

Fees

• $310 per 80–90 minute individual session
• $275 initial intake and assessment
• $210 per 53–55 minute individual or couples session
• $100 consultation with another provider
• $315 per 80–90 minute couples or family session
