Office Hours

Initial appointments are 60-90 minutes.

Subsequent appointments are 60 minutes.

Initially I recommend weekly sessions though some do better with the longer sessions twice a month.

My Office Hours

Mondays: 9am-5pm
Tuesdays: 9am-8pm
Wednesdays: 9am-7pm
Thursdays: 9am-5pm
Fridays: 9am-5pm
Saturdays: I work some Saturdays 10am-1pm

Fees

$160 for initial intake and assessment
$120 for 60 minute sessions

Insurance

For those with insurance coverage, my billing manager will bill your insurance company directly. At the time of your visit, you will be responsible for your co-pay, deductible, and/or the portion of the bill your insurance does not cover if I am an out-of-network provider. If you need authorization from your primary care provider (doctor) or your managed care company, you must have that completed prior to your first visit. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, contact your insurance company.
